After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Angel Salvadore managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quijana FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Angel Salvadore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atilano Guerau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Atilano Guerau was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lucio Pelagius showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. In the 15th minute, Casimiro Ubarna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Depor Pereira FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 22nd minute Antonio Oliviero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Sarracino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angel Salvadore's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Atilano Guerau skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Quijana FC's Haroldo Sarracino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Oliviero in the 34th minute of play. Angel Salvadore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antonio Oliviero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Sarracino having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Antonio Oliviero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Haroldo Sarracino was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. The Depor Pereira FC fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Depor Pereira FC's Antonio Oliviero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Atilano Guerau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Pelagius in the 46th minute of play. Antonio Oliviero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Haroldo Sarracino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucio Pelagius to strike the kick off in the second half. Atilano Guerau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Pelagius in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Lucio Pelagius left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quijana FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Antonio Oliviero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Haroldo Sarracino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 62 minutes, Saul Oxel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quijana FC and the Depor Pereira FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Quijana FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Saul Oxel hit a great ball. When Casimiro Ubarna came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Depor Pereira FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casimiro Ubarna couldn't finish the play. Haroldo Sarracino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Ubarna in the 70th minute of play. Antonio Oliviero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quijana FC's Haroldo Sarracino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Ubarna in the 83rd minute of play. Lucio Pelagius blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atilano Guerau having to make a save.
