Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Paraná AFC's Clemente Vermudo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. It was beautiful to see Paraná AFC's Clemente Vermudo in action when he in the 3rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Celedonio Matthew showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Gustau, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Clemente Vermudo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristobal Farias having to make a save. When Tobias Ekialde came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Guillermo II fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Ekialde couldn't finish the play. Rafael Gustau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Matthew having to interfere. Celedonio Matthew showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Gustau, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Paraná AFC's Celedonio Matthew played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Ekialde in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Conrado Lopez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Cristobal Farias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Guillermo II's Tobias Ekialde in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paraná AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Clemente Vermudo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristobal Farias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guillermo II's goalkeeper Cristobal Farias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Celedonio Matthew showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Ekialde in the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Ekialde in the 42nd minute of play forced Paraná AFC's goalkeeper Celedonio Matthew to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tobias Ekialde made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Paraná AFC's Jeronimo Leoncio got a free kick in the 60th minute. Rafael Gustau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Matthew having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Paraná AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Farias. 68 minutes into the match, Guillermo II's Froilan Bermudo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Celedonio Matthew took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Ekialde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celedonio Matthew showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Ekialde, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. If Rafael Gustau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hilario Roderigo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tobias Ekialde succeeded in the game's 79th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Celedonio Matthew took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Ekialde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Guillermo II's Tobias Ekialde ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Celedonio Matthew. Celedonio Matthew yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The supporters of Paraná AFC booed when Guillermo II was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Eyague didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amadeo Eyague received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Celedonio Matthew tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guillermo II's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
