Zeledon Dolfos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Teobaldo Papo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ruperto Rivero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute, Tobias Ishmael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruperto Rivero came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zeledon Dolfos could save by the left post. A collision led to Angualasto getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Arnulfo Bermudo hit a great ball. Angualasto's Zeledon Dolfos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Mede in the 25th minute of play. After 25 played minutes Angualasto got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Abarca. If Feliberto Mede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Rivero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Dolfos having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Santiago Urdin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the match, Humahuaca FC's Feliberto Mede sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeledon Dolfos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Angualasto's Zeledon Dolfos got control of the ball when Ruperto Rivero tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Humahuaca FC booed when Angualasto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Ishmael didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

59 minutes into the match, Angualasto's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Rivero came free, but Zeledon Dolfos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Teobaldo Papo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Angualasto's supporters rose to their feet, but Teobaldo Papo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonel Quin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Angualasto's Teobaldo Papo got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teobaldo Papo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Quin having to interfere. When Angualasto's Ladislao Aznaro in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Humahuaca FC's goalie prevented a goal. 85 minutes into the match, Angualasto's Ladislao Aznaro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonel Quin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Siro Lander charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Siro Lander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Humahuaca FC's Siro Lander got a free kick in the 85th minute. The Angualasto players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
