Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sixto Toli started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes in the game, Fulgencio Firmo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Isidoro Garcia having to interfere. Isidoro Garcia made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Leon Esiquio sent off a good shot on target. In the 5th minute, Guayamba FC's Leon Esiquio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Isidoro Garcia. Isidoro Garcia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Isidoro Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Firmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Isidoro Garcia came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Guayamba FC's Leon Esiquio. But to his dismay, Leon Esiquio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The audience was convinced that Sixto Toli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaime Domiku was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Fulgencio Firmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fulgencio Firmo in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidoro Garcia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Guayamba FC's Rodrigo Reynardo got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 43rd match minute, Cortines was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Sanduru to maneuver through the defense. When Guayamba FC's Fulgencio Firmo in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cortines's goalie prevented a goal. The Guayamba FC fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Guayamba FC's Leon Esiquio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fulgencio Firmo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ambrosio Nahia in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jaime Domiku, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 56th minute Fulgencio Firmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Guayamba FC booed when Cortines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Sanduru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fulgencio Firmo kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Fulgencio Firmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Garcia having to interfere. Ambrosio Nahia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Cortines booed when Guayamba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Abastas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leon Esiquio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Garcia having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cortines's zone, Fulgencio Firmo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidoro Garcia came out of the goal and Fulgencio Firmo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 97 minutes into the match, Guayamba FC's goalkeeper Jaime Domiku had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ambrosio Nahia. Cortines's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
