Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sergio Araoz took the kick off in the first half of the match. Bernardo Salvator made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonides Silbestre in the 5th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Carmen FC's zone, Sergio Araoz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Piarres came out of the goal and Sergio Araoz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Leonides Silbestre kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bernardo Salvator. That made the score 2-0 in the 11 minute of play. Leonides Silbestre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Bernardo Salvator tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 2-1 became the score in the 18th minute when Sergio Araoz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Isidoro Bordat kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes Progreso2 got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Weterio. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dionisio Fagondo got free with Bernardo Salvator in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 35 minutes into the match, Progreso2's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Silbestre came free, but Bernardo Salvator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Carmen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Weterio came free, but Enzo Piarres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Sergio Araoz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enzo Piarres. Carmen FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sergio Araoz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 43rd minute Sergio Araoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Piarres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardo Salvator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonides Silbestre in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonides Silbestre to make the kick off. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carmen FC's goalkeeper Enzo Piarres, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Dionisio Fagondo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carmen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. After a rather tough play, Progreso2's Vinicio Weterio got a free kick in the 76th minute. The referee gave Carmen FC a penalty, 79 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Godofredo Pepillo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Progreso2's Bernardo Salvator. 4-2. After 84 played minutes Sergio Araoz rounded Carmen FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-3. Bernardo Salvator made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonides Silbestre in the 95th minute of play. Carmen FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Progreso2 for a fine match.
