Geronimo Ofelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Ospetsu in the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Americo Lluc had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gregorio Gomez. Lanteri AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Americo Lluc was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Eugenio Ospetsu came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Lanteri AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugenio Ospetsu couldn't finish the play. Americo Lluc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Gomez having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Lanteri AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Lluc came free, but Gregorio Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rogelio Goren fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lanteri AFC's protests and gave Rogelio Goren a yellow card for diving instead. After 30 played minutes Lanteri AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rogelio Goren. Americo Lluc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugenio Ospetsu might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geronimo Ofelio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eugenio Ospetsu ran back to his position shaking his head.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abelardo Leheren to make the kick off. A hard shot 53 in the game by Americo Lluc from a close distance when the talented Gregorio Gomez managed to make a qualified save. Lanteri AFC's players were relieved. 57 minutes into the match, Reddevil Junior vuelve's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Ospetsu came free, but Geronimo Ofelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolfo Irrintzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Geronimo Ofelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Eugenio Ospetsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Ofelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geronimo Ofelio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Ospetsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Eugenio Ospetsu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodolfo Irrintzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Geronimo Ofelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Americo Lluc blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gregorio Gomez having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugenio Ospetsu in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geronimo Ofelio saved Reddevil Junior vuelve from getting behind. 76 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Gaizkine was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Reddevil Junior vuelve's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lanteri AFC the free kick. In the 76th minute, Arnaldo Gaizkine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reddevil Junior vuelve's Geronimo Ofelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Ospetsu in the 77th minute of play. After 85 played minutes Lanteri AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Irrintzi. Eugenio Ospetsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Ofelio having to interfere. When Ernesto Opilano fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Reddevil Junior vuelve's protests and gave Ernesto Opilano a yellow card for diving instead. After 97 played minutes Reddevil Junior vuelve got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Opilano. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Reddevil Junior vuelve eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
