Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Felipe Saturnin started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gavino Fagildo in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anastasio Tiso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Denis Karmel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristobal Nesor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Lázaro Iztal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Gabriel Aznar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Denis Karmel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anastasio Tiso was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Felipe Saturnin struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Lázaro Iztal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tortuguitas. Cristobal Nesor who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Lázaro Iztal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 32nd minute, Gavino Fagildo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anastasio Tiso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Lázaro Iztal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristobal Nesor in the 40th minute. After 41 played minutes Cotagaita FC got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Danel. The Tortuguitas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cotagaita FC were winning 0-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gavino Fagildo made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Cotagaita FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Tolino. Tortuguitas's Cristobal Nesor got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Tortuguitas booed when Cotagaita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Fernanco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denis Karmel got free with Anastasio Tiso in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Tortuguitas's zone, Denis Karmel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anastasio Tiso came out of the goal and Denis Karmel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lázaro Iztal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Saturnin, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Lázaro Iztal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Saturnin in the 89th minute of play. Cristobal Nesor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Iztal having to interfere. If Cristobal Nesor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mateo Fernanco hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Tortuguitas lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
