In the 10thth minute of the game Teo Bieito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Agrelo's Ignacio Lorenz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alejo Chepe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Santio having to interfere. If Eustacio Eli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teo Bieito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ignacio Lorenz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alejo Chepe made a kick off. Salvador Santio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Chepe in the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute Alejo Chepe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Santio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
