Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vladimiro Urti in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ovidio Oihan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Sarmiento fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Sarmiento's Vladimiro Urti looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Godofredo Leobardo charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godofredo Leobardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Godofredo Leobardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jonatan Grabiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 played minutes Sarmiento got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Leobardo. In the 20th minute, Hermengildo Azevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ovidio Oihan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ovidio Oihan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. If Adrian Mendiko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ovidio Oihan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Urti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cortaderas FC's Ovidio Oihan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Urti in the 37th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonatan Grabiel made a kick off. Vladimiro Urti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Oihan having to interfere. After having played for 58 minutes, Vladimiro Urti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarmiento's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Urti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ovidio Oihan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermengildo Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the match, Cortaderas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo Azevedo came free, but Ovidio Oihan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
