After recieving a nice pass, Arrufó FC's Abelardo Charro tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Luciano Emeterio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Abelardo Charro. Samuel Bakar hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute, Celestino Montrel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arrufó FC's Enzo Atarratze got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Celestino Montrel fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saavedra FC's protests and gave Celestino Montrel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd minute of the match Inocencio Chumo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudio Erdiano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Arrufó FC's zone, Benjamin Eduino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Erdiano came out of the goal and Benjamin Eduino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjamin Eduino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Erdiano having to interfere. If Tomas Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benjamin Eduino kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Honorato Natanael struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Luciano Emeterio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arrufó FC. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Honorato Natanael was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute Enzo Atarratze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Emeterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inocencio Chumo hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Abelardo Charro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 64th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Honorato Natanael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Luciano Emeterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Emeterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Natanael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Saavedra FC's Benjamin Eduino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claudio Erdiano. That made the score 1-1 after 76 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorato Natanael in the 81st minute of play forced Saavedra FC's goalkeeper Luciano Emeterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enzo Atarratze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Emeterio having to interfere. If Tomas Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th match minute, Arrufó FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Odon to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Vito struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Luciano Emeterio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arrufó FC. Enzo Atarratze's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luciano Emeterio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. Honorato Natanael scored 2-1 in the 99th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luciano Emeterio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arrufó FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
