Fabio Tiadoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Hermengildo Columbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Fabio Tiadoro sped through Cordona AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hermengildo Columbo. Domingo Raebert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the match, Cordona AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Tiadoro came free, but Hermengildo Columbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vista Verde Sports's Evelio Alonso pulled a muscle in his back after 17 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Epifanio Piarres during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Epifanio Piarres hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Fernan Oskitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Udalaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Marcelino Otsoko struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Fernan Oskitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cordona AFC. Domingo Raebert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Hermengildo Columbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cordona AFC's zone, Domingo Raebert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermengildo Columbo came out of the goal and Domingo Raebert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Domingo Raebert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacinto Udalaitz to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Godfredo Martinez during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had been going on for 54 minutes, Vista Verde Sports's Abel Frances got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hermengildo Columbo. In the 57th minute, Jacinto Udalaitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Cordona AFC booed when Vista Verde Sports was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Lain didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hermengildo Columbo made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Domingo Raebert sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingo Raebert got free with Hermengildo Columbo in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th minute, Norberto Tavio had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Placido Lixandro fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vista Verde Sports's protests and gave Placido Lixandro a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 played minutes Vista Verde Sports got a freekick which was hit by Placido Lixandro. After having played for 71 minutes, Epifanio Piarres managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cordona AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Epifanio Piarres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Domingo Raebert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vista Verde Sports's supporters rose to their feet, but Domingo Raebert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermengildo Columbo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Placido Lixandro hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. When Marcelino Otsoko came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Cordona AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelino Otsoko couldn't finish the play. After 85 played minutes Cordona AFC got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Piarres. Fabio Tiadoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcelino Otsoko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cordona AFC's Hermengildo Columbo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Cordona AFC from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded Vista Verde Sports left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cordona AFC.
