Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Irene AFC's Siro Ieltxu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lisandro Martino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Cristo Oriche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hernan Berbiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Higinio Isidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Chacarita's Inocencio Beila got a free kick in the 11th minute. Chacarita's Higinio Isidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Ieltxu in the 14th minute of play. Siro Ieltxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Higinio Isidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inocencio Beila kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chacarita's zone, Siro Ieltxu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Higinio Isidor came out of the goal and Siro Ieltxu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hernan Berbiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Isidor having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Chacarita's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Ieltxu came free, but Higinio Isidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Fabricio Tebaldo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Higinio Isidor. Fabricio Tebaldo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lisandro Martino made a kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Chacarita's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Ieltxu came free, but Higinio Isidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 63 minutes of play, Irene AFC's Hernan Berbiz made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Higinio Isidor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hernan Berbiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cesar Hori's late challenge caught a Chacarita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cesar Hori helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Irene AFC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Cesar Hori hit a great ball. Lisandro Martino struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Cristo Oriche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chacarita. 80 minutes into the game, Lisandro Martino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chacarita's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Irene AFC the free kick. In the 80th minute, Lisandro Martino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Chacarita getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Lisandro Martino hit a great ball. Siro Ieltxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Inocencio Beila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Inocencio Beila came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Chacarita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inocencio Beila couldn't finish the play. Inocencio Beila struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Cristo Oriche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chacarita. Gilberto Argi didn't quite understand what happened when in the 98 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Irene AFC had won after a very even match.
