Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Racing Club's Dionisio Cisco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, Victorio Abastas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Racing Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caspichango the free kick. Celso Salvino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Gonzales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes into the game, Pablo Lluc was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Racing Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caspichango the free kick. In the 11th match minute, Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Xabat to maneuver through the defense. German Gerazan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carolo Donio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Cisco, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Vladimiro Gonzales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Celso Salvino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, German Gerazan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but German Gerazan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carolo Donio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Racing Club's Celso Salvino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Gonzales in the 41st minute of play. Celso Salvino made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Laureano Patrido sent off a good shot on target. In the 49th match minute, Caspichango was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anier Salvatore to maneuver through the defense. Samuel Larra, 50 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vladimiro Gonzales was the one to do the kick off. Celso Salvino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Patrido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carolo Donio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Victorio Abastas. Vladimiro Gonzales recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when German Gerazan got free with Carolo Donio in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 82 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Patrido came free, but Celso Salvino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Vladimiro Gonzales's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celso Salvino was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. After having played for 95 minutes, Vladimiro Gonzales managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caspichango's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Gonzales was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Racing Club getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Rolando Eutor hit a great ball. Caspichango's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Anier Salvatore in the 99th minute.
