Godfredo Godoy started the match with the kick off. Damaso Bartuelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godfredo Godoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After a rather tough play, Estrella Roja La Paternal's Blas Emenon got a free kick in the 13th minute. Guaberto Theobald made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Vigil in the 17th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Godfredo Godoy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damaso Bartuelo was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Ucacha defense, Rene Aurken kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guaberto Theobald. The Ucacha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guaberto Theobald should have stopped the shot. Rene Aurken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Theobald having to interfere. Guaberto Theobald took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Vigil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ucacha's Guaberto Theobald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Aurken in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to Estrella Roja La Paternal getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Rene Aurken hit a great ball. Urbano Osoitz hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Rene Aurken got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guaberto Theobald took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Aurken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rene Aurken to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Ucacha's Anibal Celino got a free kick in the 54th minute. Rene Aurken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Godfredo Godoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Damaso Bartuelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Estrella Roja La Paternal's Zeledon Erroman got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute, Godfredo Godoy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Godfredo Godoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bartolo Vigil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Guaberto Theobald made a huge save. 72 minutes into the match, Ucacha's goalkeeper Guaberto Theobald had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bartolo Vigil. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godfredo Godoy in the 77th minute of play forced Estrella Roja La Paternal's goalkeeper Damaso Bartuelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damaso Bartuelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Godoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Estrella Roja La Paternal's Damaso Bartuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Celino in the 84th minute of play. Godfredo Godoy might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damaso Bartuelo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Godfredo Godoy ran back to his position shaking his head. Urbano Osoitz's late challenge caught a Estrella Roja La Paternal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Urbano Osoitz helped the player get up and apologised. Bartolo Vigil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emiliano Truylos hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Estrella Roja La Paternal players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Ucacha from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
