Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Atilano Abreu got the match started through his kick off. Augusto Mikelats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joel Savion was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Edgard Librado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edgard Librado really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, Muñecas's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Abreu came free, but Mario Orixe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Atilano Abreu made a precise shot to the right of Mario Orixe. Muñecas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Simon Fernandez might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joel Savion. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valentin Arlo's late challenge caught a Muñecas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentin Arlo helped the player get up and apologised. When Edgard Librado came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Muñecas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgard Librado couldn't finish the play. Vieytes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Mikelats was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgard Librado made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Augusto Mikelats managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vieytes's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Mikelats was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mario Orixe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Atilano Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee ignored Muñecas's protests and gave Jorge Socorro a yellow card for diving instead. Jorge Socorro hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Augusto Mikelats might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mario Orixe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Savion made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 91st match minute, Vieytes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Vitin to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, Vladimiro Cutberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Muñecas fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vieytes had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
