Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cipriano Roderigo started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Napalpí FC's Juan Sasoin got a free kick in the 8th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Vilgo AFC's Guaberto Orland tried to score from far away in the 10th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 16th minute Cecilio Valerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Dubardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Roderigo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guaberto Dubardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Vilgo AFC's Pascual Dei got a free kick in the 27th minute. 34 minutes into the game, Napalpí FC's Cipriano Roderigo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guaberto Dubardo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Claudio Marcones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeronimo Primeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernando Santos came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Vilgo AFC's Jeronimo Primeiro. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Primeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeronimo Primeiro to strike the kick off in the second half. When Claudio Marcones came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Vilgo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio Marcones couldn't finish the play. When Vinicio Oriol fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Napalpí FC's protests and gave Vinicio Oriol a yellow card for diving instead. When Jeronimo Primeiro came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Vilgo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeronimo Primeiro couldn't finish the play. Fernando Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Primeiro in the 64th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Napalpí FC's Carolo Dominic got a free kick in the 68th minute. 69 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Vilgo AFC's Jeronimo Primeiro fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Claudio Marcones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Santos having to interfere. If Claudio Marcones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Marcones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudio Marcones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Santos having to interfere. Cipriano Roderigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Guaberto Dubardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Napalpí FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Vilgo AFC had controlled the match.
