In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chañarito FC's goalkeeper Rogelio Sergi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niceto Palos in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rogelio Sergi saved Chañarito FC from getting behind. Armando Gutxi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonardo Bartoleme having to make a save. Armando Xabat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Leonardo Bartoleme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Elortondo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victoriano Nastasio to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Bartoleme was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Armando Xabat showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 79 minute of play. Chañarito FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Xabat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Bartoleme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Elortondo AFC's Angelino Gonzalez got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Elortondo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Xabat came free, but Leonardo Bartoleme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Niceto Palos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Chañarito FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
