In the 5th minute Segundo Cerilo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Domingues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 7 played minutes Ache y Apile got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Uxio. Anastasio Presebal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Segundo Cerilo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Segundo Cerilo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Palmitas's Sergio Domingues. Sergio Domingues was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Ache y Apile getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Rodolfo Txindoki hit a great ball. Segundo Cerilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Domingues having to interfere. Ivan Uxio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Godfredo Gaizko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Goren having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anastasio Presebal was the one to do the kick off. Sergio Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Uxio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the game, Ivan Uxio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ache y Apile's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palmitas the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ache y Apile's Ivan Uxio got a free kick in the 59th minute. Godfredo Gaizko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Goren having to interfere. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ache y Apile's goalkeeper Damian Goren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Segundo Cerilo came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Ache y Apile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Segundo Cerilo couldn't finish the play. In the 71st minute Godfredo Gaizko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Goren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Goren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Presebal, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palmitas's goalkeeper Sergio Domingues, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Ivan Uxio notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Palmitas's Sergio Domingues. Sergio Domingues was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 82 minutes into the match, Ache y Apile's Segundo Cerilo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sergio Domingues narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anastasio Presebal during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anastasio Gines took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sergio Domingues. Palmitas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Segundo Cerilo didn't quite understand what happened when in the 92 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. If Anastasio Presebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godfredo Gaizko came free in the 96th minute and tried to tip the ball over Damian Goren, but to the joy of Ache y Apile's supporters the ball went over. When the final whistle sounded Ache y Apile left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Palmitas.
