Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anastasio Presebal started the match with the kick off. Edgard Mogel kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Palmitas's Godfredo Gaizko got a free kick in the 4th minute. After having played for 7 minutes, Edgard Mogel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piñalitos AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgard Mogel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Piñalitos AFC booed when Palmitas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Platon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Godofredo Hitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergio Domingues read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Edgard Mogel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Sergio Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergio Domingues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Mogel, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. When Piñalitos AFC's Cipriano Uzuri in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palmitas's goalie prevented a goal. Edgard Mogel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Domingues having to interfere. Sergio Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Uzuri in the 27th minute of play. Edgard Mogel struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Sergio Domingues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piñalitos AFC. After 30 minutes of play, Piñalitos AFC's Cipriano Uzuri made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sergio Domingues was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cipriano Uzuri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Sergio Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Piñalitos AFC's Cipriano Uzuri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sergio Domingues narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cipriano Uzuri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Piñalitos AFC's Edgard Mogel got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Palmitas's Sergio Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Mogel in the 42nd minute of play. Sergio Domingues stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgard Mogel's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Cipriano Uzuri sped through Palmitas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sergio Domingues. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgard Mogel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Palmitas's goalkeeper Sergio Domingues had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cipriano Uzuri. Edgard Mogel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sergio Domingues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Mogel, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Cipriano Uzuri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Sergio Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgard Mogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sergio Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Mogel in the 69th minute of play. Clemente Cuarto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Gaizko in the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Anastasio Presebal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st minute, Cipriano Uzuri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piñalitos AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. A collision led to Palmitas getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Hugo Ederono hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the game, one of Palmitas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 91 minutes, Piñalitos AFC's Godofredo Hitz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Sergio Domingues. If Anastasio Presebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Palmitas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Piñalitos AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Piñalitos AFC.
