Yeso FC's Hermengildo Marcones proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Yeso FC from getting a goal against them. Roman Chale kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Roman Chale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hermengildo Marcones was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Roman Chale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Marcones having to interfere. Hermengildo Marcones showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Chale, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After a rather tough play, Pereyra's Ezequiel Pes got a free kick in the 29th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roman Chale in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hermengildo Marcones prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 36 minutes into the match, Inocencio Uhin sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Hermengildo Marcones threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Inocencio Uhin this time. If Damian Quexal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Roman Chale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Paulino Maria was shown his second yellow card after 53 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 54th match minute, Yeso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Maria to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 64 minutes, Bernardo Ovando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pereyra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Ovando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Pereyra's Roman Chale in 67 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Hermengildo Marcones guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Gavino Che struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Leon Musko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yeso FC. Roman Chale's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hermengildo Marcones read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Jimeno Kaiet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Yeso FC booed when Pereyra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marciano Eli didn't get a good kick on the ball.
