Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Desiderio Felo took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Dalmacio Valentine's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alberto Ciano was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Eustaquio Lluterio hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Armando Batista could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Domingo Nuxila made a huge save. Domingo Nuxila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Felo in the 13th minute of play. Fermin Velasco charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fermin Velasco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Unión booed when Sayaco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalmacio Valentine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Ciano having to interfere. Humberto Aguirre hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. If Desiderio Felo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dalmacio Valentine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Sayaco FC's zone, Desiderio Gaufred stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Ciano came out of the goal and Desiderio Gaufred tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Armando Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sayaco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Batista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingo Nuxila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Simon Karmel kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Dalmacio Valentine made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Sayaco FC booed when Unión was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Lluterio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 56 played minutes, Sayaco FC's Humberto Aguirre shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Domingo Nuxila came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sayaco FC reached it. Desiderio Gaufred received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Alberto Ciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Sayaco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dalmacio Valentine came free, but Alberto Ciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Desiderio Gaufred received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Alberto Ciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Sayaco FC's Armando Batista sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Domingo Nuxila narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 69th match minute, Unión was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Lluterio to maneuver through the defense. Armando Batista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 72 minutes into the game, Desiderio Felo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Domingo Nuxila was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 77th minute Desiderio Felo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Nuxila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Unión's zone, Desiderio Felo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingo Nuxila came out of the goal and Desiderio Felo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Unión's Domingo Nuxila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Felo in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Sayaco FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
