Mario Tulio charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Tulio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, one of Pomán:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pomán. 28 minutes into the match, Leonardo Gomez notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Cabred's Pedro Presebal. Pedro Presebal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Anselmo Luken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Bizen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vinicio Fortun struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Pedro Presebal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pomán. 46 minutes into the match, Cabred's goalkeeper Pedro Presebal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonardo Gomez. Leonardo Gomez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Presebal having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vinicio Fortun made a kick off. Anselmo Luken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prospero Arlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 54 minutes, Fabio Bizen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cabred's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Bizen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Pomán getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Delmiro Pietro hit a great ball. If Eustacio Caetano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Presebal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Fortun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Pomán's Eusebio Rami got a free kick in the 71st minute. David Basualdo shot from long distance in the 72nd minute, but Anselmo Luken was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. If Fabio Bizen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Pomán fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anselmo Luken should have stopped the shot. The Cabred players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
