Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Fliz in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Florencio Chayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elias Fresco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Chayo in the 22nd minute of play. Elias Fresco stood somewhat misplaced when Florencio Chayo came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 24 minute. The audience was convinced that Danilo Aguirre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elias Fresco was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 30th minute, Danilo Aguirre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, Deseado AFC's Elias Fresco threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Florencio Chayo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Deseado AFC! 40 minutes into the match, Danilo Aguirre had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elias Fresco. Indarra F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danilo Aguirre was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Tadeo Koldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Paz in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anibal Paz to make the kick off. When Constantino Baristo fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deseado AFC's protests and gave Constantino Baristo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Deseado AFC's Constantino Baristo got a free kick in the 51st minute. Danilo Aguirre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elias Fresco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Aguirre in the 60th minute of the match. Elias Fresco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florencio Chayo's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the match, Deseado AFC's goalkeeper Tadeo Koldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcos Fliz. In the 77th minute, Anibal Paz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Danilo Aguirre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Fresco having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Florencio Chayo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elias Fresco was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Florencio Chayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Indarra F.C's goalkeeper Elias Fresco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anibal Paz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Koldo having to interfere. After having played for 94 minutes, Marcos Fliz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Indarra F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcos Fliz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
