Tobias Odon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Hunfredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eusebio Mel fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Itatí FC's protests and gave Eusebio Mel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th minute, Eusebio Mel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute Carolo Hunfredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Odon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 played minutes Aerolito got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Chaime. Ernesto Tabb took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tobias Odon. Aerolito's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Christian Gitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Itatí FC's zone, Baldomero Corderro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erubiel Eufrasio came out of the goal and Baldomero Corderro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 29thth minute of the game Carolo Hunfredo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aerolito's Tobias Odon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Baldomero Corderro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Eufrasio having to interfere. Amadeo Jurgi kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. If Christian Gitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Itatí FC's Christian Gitano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tobias Odon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Angelino Florinio to make the kick off. If Carolo Hunfredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niceto Nayely charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niceto Nayely the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Niceto Nayely kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Carolo Hunfredo put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tobias Odon. Erubiel Eufrasio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baldomero Corderro went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 78 minutes into the match, Aerolito's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Hunfredo came free, but Tobias Odon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Teobaldo Brion fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Teobaldo Brion hit a great ball. After 85 minutes, Angelino Florinio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aerolito and the Itatí FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tobias Odon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christian Gitano's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
