Isidro Haitz started the match with the kick off. Felipe Uzuri in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hector Oliverios, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Ovidio Mino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidro Haitz in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Genaro Mon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Felipe Uzuri succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 18th playminute. Metán's Hector Oliverios proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Metán from getting a goal against them. Felipe Uzuri scored 2-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hector Oliverios, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Genaro Mon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Mino in the 38th minute of play. If Ovidio Mino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidro Haitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Genaro Mon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Garuapé getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Gavino Santxol hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Haitz in the 46th minute of play forced Garuapé's goalkeeper Genaro Mon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Everardo Matxin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Freddy Turi was the one to do the kick off. Felipe Uzuri hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Hector Oliverios stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Freddy Turi's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Atilano Abel charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Atilano Abel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Atilano Abel kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Everardo Matxin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ovidio Mino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isidro Haitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Metán's Hector Oliverios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Uzuri in the 90th minute of play.
