Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Angel Lixandro kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the Perdriel defense, Pedro Lia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saturnino Peter. The Perdriel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saturnino Peter should have stopped the shot. After having played for 9 minutes, Jacobo Cuartio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perdriel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacobo Cuartio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacobo Cuartio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ramiro Vitin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Candelaria's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Cuartio came free, but Ramiro Vitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th match minute, Candelaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Eleder to maneuver through the defense. Maximo Joanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ramiro Vitin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saturnino Peter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvio Azeari's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Pedro Lia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnino Peter having to interfere. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Perdriel's goalkeeper Saturnino Peter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Francisco Olando kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Silvio Azeari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Saturnino Peter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Candelaria's Pedro Lia got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saturnino Peter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Azeari in the 42nd minute of play. Pedro Lia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in Candelaria's zone, Jacobo Cuartio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Vitin came out of the goal and Jacobo Cuartio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedro Lia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Candelaria getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Cosme Gagriel hit a great ball. Saturnino Peter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvio Azeari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Candelaria booed when Perdriel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ubaldo Gasteiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Lia's late challenge caught a Perdriel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Lia helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Candelaria's Pedro Lia got a free kick in the 68th minute. Saturnino Peter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvio Azeari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Azeari in the 72nd minute of play forced Perdriel's goalkeeper Saturnino Peter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Angel Lixandro fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 78th minute, Jacobo Cuartio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ramiro Vitin, passed just outside the right post. Maximo Joanes's late challenge caught a Candelaria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximo Joanes helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Perdriel's Maximo Joanes got a free kick in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Azeari in the 82nd minute of play forced Perdriel's goalkeeper Saturnino Peter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobo Cuartio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramiro Vitin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Jeronimo Eleder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Candelaria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Perdriel the free kick. After 87 played minutes Candelaria got a freekick which was hit by Jeronimo Eleder. If Pedro Lia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 played minutes Perdriel got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Gasteiz. Candelaria's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
