An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Lleir in the 10th minute of play forced Los Cuervos de Boedo's goalkeeper Hector Senio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Los Cuervos de Boedo getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Leon Ascencio hit a great ball. Ulises Lleir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hector Senio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Leonel Jobo made a precise shot to the right of Hector Senio. Los Cuervos de Boedo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonel Jobo made a kick off. Los Cuervos de Boedo's Hector Senio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Los Cuervos de Boedo from getting a goal against them. Leonel Jobo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ismael Iyan charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ismael Iyan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th minute, Ismael Iyan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee ignored Huergo AFC's protests and gave Ulises Lleir a yellow card for diving instead. Ulises Lleir hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Los Cuervos de Boedo's Ismael Iyan got a free kick in the 81st minute. If Ulises Lleir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulises Lleir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Hector Senio made a huge save.
