Juntas's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfonso Urki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximiliano Jerrold breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esteve Guzman during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Juntas's Esteve Guzman got a free kick in the 5th minute. Everardo Distiratsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Fidele in the 12th minute of the match. When Silvano Marko came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Merced FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvano Marko couldn't finish the play. After having played for 17 minutes, Fernan Fidele managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Merced FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernan Fidele was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silvano Marko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Everardo Distiratsu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernan Fidele in the 22nd minute. Everardo Distiratsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Marko in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Juntas's Esteve Guzman got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute, Fernan Fidele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernan Fidele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Everardo Distiratsu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvano Marko's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. After 42 played minutes Juntas got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Guzman. 43 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Merced FC's Fernan Fidele fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Everardo Distiratsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Marko in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th match minute, Merced FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Paio to maneuver through the defense. Alfonso Urki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Jerrold having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silvano Marko was the one to do the kick off. Everardo Distiratsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Marko in the 53rd minute of play. Silvano Marko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Fernan Fidele left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Merced FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Alfonso Urki scored 1-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximiliano Jerrold, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rdth minute of the game Silvano Marko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juntas's Everardo Distiratsu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Esteve Guzman got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 86th minute, Esteve Guzman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Juntas's goal looked a bit too open when Silvano Marko came free, but Everardo Distiratsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Everardo Distiratsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Marko in the 89th minute of the match. Silvano Marko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Merced FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Juntas to leave the ground with a draw.
