Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leopoldo Berenguer started the match with the kick off. When Florencio Librado came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Betania fans jumped to their feet. Leopoldo Berenguer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Librado in the 12th minute of play forced Salinas's goalkeeper Victor Favila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salinas's Victor Favila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Berenguer in the 14th minute of play. When Leopoldo Berenguer came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Betania fans jumped to their feet. Hernan Osoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Cilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Leopoldo Berenguer was extremely unlucky when he, in the 28th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Salinas's zone, Leopoldo Berenguer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victor Favila came out of the goal and Leopoldo Berenguer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florencio Librado got free with Victor Favila in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victor Favila made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Florencio Librado sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Florencio Librado put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Victor Favila.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacinto Cilio was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Librado in the 59th minute of play forced Salinas's goalkeeper Victor Favila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute Florencio Librado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Favila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Favila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Berenguer in the 63rd minute of the match. Victor Favila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Librado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victor Favila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Berenguer in the 66th minute of play. Leopoldo Berenguer struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Victor Favila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Betania. In the 70th minute, Diego Peru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Favila was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 73 minutes into the match, Florencio Librado notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Salinas's Victor Favila. Victor Favila was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leopoldo Berenguer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Victor Favila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Emanuel Tiadoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
