Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Godofredo Luzea got the match started through his kick off. After 2 played minutes Lastra got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Maule. Cristo Hermelando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Gervasio Evis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 1-0 became the score in the 10th minute when Cristo Hermelando elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Godofredo Luzea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benedicto Sandaili read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. If Godofredo Luzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 played minutes Lastra got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Oskarbi. In the 29th minute Jonathan Gumaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Sandaili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Godofredo Luzea in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benedicto Sandaili prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Luzea in the 34th minute of play forced Lastra's goalkeeper Benedicto Sandaili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Godofredo Luzea in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benedicto Sandaili prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benedicto Sandaili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Luzea in the 37th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cristo Hermelando made the kick off in the second half. Cristo Hermelando blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gervasio Evis having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Lastra's zone, Godofredo Luzea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Sandaili came out of the goal and Godofredo Luzea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guaberto Otoniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guaberto Otoniel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 63 minutes, Guaberto Otoniel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lastra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Otoniel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Gumaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Benedicto Sandaili made a huge save. A collision led to Lastra getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Rafael Oskarbi hit a great ball. A hard shot by Adolfo Claris from long distance, 69 minutes into the match, got Benedicto Sandaili's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a rather tough play, Lastra's Maximiliano Maule got a free kick in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the match, Favorina's Adolfo Claris broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Jonathan Gumaro came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Favorina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Gumaro couldn't finish the play. After 77 played minutes, Lastra's Adan Nayely shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gervasio Evis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lastra reached it. After a rather tough play, Favorina's Aureliano Jago got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 86th match minute, Lastra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Oskarbi to maneuver through the defense. Adolfo Claris, 87 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Cristo Hermelando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aureliano Jago fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Favorina's protests and gave Aureliano Jago a yellow card for diving instead. Aureliano Jago kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Guaberto Otoniel might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gervasio Evis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guaberto Otoniel ran back to his position shaking his head. Favorina's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
