Vinchina FC's Rosendo Naldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Clementi in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the game, Esperanza AFC's Aquilino Clementi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rosendo Naldo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Esperanza AFC's Fernando Costante got a free kick in the 6th minute. Rosendo Naldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Clementi in the 10th minute of the match. If Constantino Leobardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35thth minute of the game Esteban Edwardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esperanza AFC's Justo Valentine was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vinchina FC's Eduardo Florian got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anibal Bitxintxo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Eduardo Florian could shoot a difficult shot in the 40th minute, which Justo Valentine however easily saved by the left post. Esteban Edwardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nunez Kiliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Valentine having to interfere.

In the 52nd minute, Esteban Edwardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Justo Valentine stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eduardo Florian's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Eduardo Florian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Justo Valentine read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Rosendo Naldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Leobardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on Esperanza AFC's corner Marcial Lizar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rosendo Naldo quite easily take care of the ball. After 70 minutes, Nunez Kiliz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vinchina FC and the Esperanza AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vinchina FC's Esteban Edwardo got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 82 minutes, Aquilino Clementi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esperanza AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquilino Clementi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Esperanza AFC's Vinicio Iratxo got a free kick in the 89th minute. Esteban Edwardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Esperanza AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Florian came free, but Justo Valentine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Constantino Leobardo struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Rosendo Naldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esperanza AFC. Vinchina FC's Ramiro Benvido pulled a muscle in his back after 96 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Anibal Bitxintxo fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Esperanza AFC's protests and gave Anibal Bitxintxo a yellow card for diving instead. After 97 played minutes Esperanza AFC got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Bitxintxo. The Esperanza AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Vinchina FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
