Candido Urti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paolo Bibiano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Candido Urti in the 16th minute. Candido Urti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Paolo Bibiano made a huge save. After having played for 25 minutes, Lorenzo Chico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BARCELONA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lorenzo Chico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute, Candido Urti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Candido Urti got free with Paolo Bibiano in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 30 minutes, Bernardo Johans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Theobald AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Johans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Bernardo Johans came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Theobald AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Johans couldn't finish the play. BARCELONA's Generoso Rodas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Honesto in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th match minute, Theobald AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Marz to maneuver through the defense. Candido Urti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Paolo Bibiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, BARCELONA's Leonel Jerold got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute, Candido Urti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lorenzo Chico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Paolo Bibiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Chico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Johans charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardo Johans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Theobald AFC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Bernardo Johans hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Candido Urti in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paolo Bibiano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 55th match minute, Theobald AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Johans to maneuver through the defense. If Candido Urti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Leo Koldobika sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Theobald AFC's Paolo Bibiano didn't even have to move. Candido Urti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Bibiano having to interfere. Lorenzo Chico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lorenzo Chico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paolo Bibiano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lorenzo Chico went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 82nd match minute, Theobald AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Honesto to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute, Candido Urti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paolo Bibiano was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 93rd minute Candido Urti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Bibiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 95 minutes, Candido Urti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BARCELONA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Candido Urti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
