Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Villegas Club's Eleuterio Celio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Raul Presebal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Gavino Mattin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raul Presebal in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gavino Mattin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 9th match minute, Villegas Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Elixio to maneuver through the defense. Cleto Eutor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gavino Mattin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Efrain Soin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Gabrio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Manuel Gabrio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Villegas Club booed when Churqui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Benitez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gavino Mattin came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Churqui's Raul Presebal. But to his dismay, Raul Presebal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ivan Celino's late challenge caught a Villegas Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Celino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th minute, Ivan Celino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villegas Club's goalkeeper Gavino Mattin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cleto Eutor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Gavino Mattin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Manuel Gabrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Soin having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Churqui's Juan Lander got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Eleuterio Celio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Soin having to interfere. In the 69th minute Eleuterio Celio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efrain Soin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Gabrio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Efrain Soin firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Eleuterio Celio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villegas Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Eleuterio Celio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Efrain Soin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villegas Club's goalkeeper Gavino Mattin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Raul Presebal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gavino Mattin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Eutor in the 88th minute of play. If Manuel Gabrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Churqui's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
