Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anastasio Medina kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonides Francis during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tancacha's Leonides Francis got a free kick in the 4th minute. If Anastasio Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubaldo Guillem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Fertus having to interfere. Tancacha's Elias Fertus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Guillem in the 11th minute of play. Damaso Quilo kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Elias Fertus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Guillem in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Anastasio Medina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elias Fertus. Tancacha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anastasio Medina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benicio Bembe got free with Pablo Quirce in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 25 minutes, Victoriano Corderro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tancacha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victoriano Corderro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elias Fertus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Guillem in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute Victoriano Corderro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Quirce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 33 minutes, Ubaldo Guillem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tancacha's Benicio Bembe got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benicio Bembe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Pablo Quirce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victoriano Corderro to strike the kick off in the second half. Anastasio Medina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Fertus having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastasio Medina in the 59th minute of play forced Tancacha's goalkeeper Elias Fertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodoro Beltza kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Damaso Quilo kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Elias Fertus was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Uriel Fagildo. 71 minutes into the match, Benicio Bembe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pablo Quirce. Tancacha's Elias Fertus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Tancacha from getting a goal against them. Tancacha's Damaso Quilo got his second yellow card of the match in the 80th minute. The referee ordered Damaso Quilo off the ground. In the 81st match minute, Tancacha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damaso Quilo to maneuver through the defense. When Ubaldo Guillem came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the V8 FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ubaldo Guillem couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Tancacha's zone, Anastasio Medina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Fertus came out of the goal and Anastasio Medina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute of the match Moises Sesuldo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elias Fertus skillfully saved the ball. Anastasio Medina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Elias Fertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95thth minute of the game Anastasio Medina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tancacha's Elias Fertus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
