Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bernardo Sugar took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lino Cordarrel's late challenge caught a Curarú's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lino Cordarrel helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Diablos FC's Lino Cordarrel got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 10th minute Camilo Matei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Nevada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cayetano Fernado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Curarú's Donato Nevada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Matei in the 24th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Baltasar Presebal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Diablos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Baltasar Presebal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Nevada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 27 minutes into the game, Camilo Matei recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Donato Nevada. Camilo Matei showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 31 minutes into the match, Diablos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Maurino came free, but Norberto Semeno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Curarú's goalkeeper Donato Nevada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baltasar Presebal. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Camilo Matei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Diablos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Matei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Nevada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baltasar Presebal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Donato Nevada made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Camilo Matei in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donato Nevada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Baltasar Presebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Matei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Nevada having to interfere. Ruben Matai's late challenge caught a Diablos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruben Matai helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Curarú getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Ruben Matai hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Camilo Matei to strike the kick off in the second half. Baltasar Presebal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Donato Nevada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee showed Aaron Telo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd match minute, Diablos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Telo to maneuver through the defense. Norberto Semeno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Sugar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the game, Felix Maurino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curarú's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Diablos FC the free kick. Aaron Telo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Donato Nevada. Curarú's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Diablos FC's Gustavo Oliverios got a free kick in the 86th minute. Baltasar Presebal struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Donato Nevada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diablos FC. There was no doubt that Diablos FC were the better team. Diablos FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
