Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Conrado Maule took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conrado Maule in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernan Lluis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 14 minutes into the game, Rolando Transito was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Libertad AFC the free kick. Rolando Transito kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. If Lucas Millan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alejandro Shantala was a little too slow when Ciriaco Bautista got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 32nd minute, Celedonio Orlan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celedonio Orlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Fernan Lluis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciriaco Bautista in the 39th minute of play forced Libertad AFC's goalkeeper Alejandro Shantala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Ciriaco Bautista's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejandro Shantala was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. 42 minutes into the game, Celedonio Orlan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Libertad AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arano the free kick. The supporters of Arano booed when Libertad AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celedonio Orlan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciriaco Bautista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Shantala having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
With a little luck, Arano's Fernan Lluis got control of the ball when Feliberto Eleazar tried to sneak it across the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Feliberto Eleazar notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Arano's Fernan Lluis. Fernan Lluis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alejandro Shantala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Bautista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Transito hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 69th match minute, Arano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Danel to maneuver through the defense. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Libertad AFC! When Arano's Ciriaco Bautista in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Libertad AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Libertad AFC's Conrado Maule got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernan Lluis made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Feliberto Eleazar sent off a good shot on target. If Ciriaco Bautista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alejandro Shantala stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Millan's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Ciriaco Bautista struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Alejandro Shantala didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arano. Lucas Millan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Shantala having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Feliberto Eleazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Feliberto Eleazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Fernan Lluis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arano's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
