The crowd rose to their feet as Patay FC's Felix Gaskon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Everardo Jenaro. That made the score 1-2 after 81 minutes of play. 94 minutes into the game, Cholila's Flavio Frederico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celedonio Benvido made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3.
