Clodoveo Min showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Lastur, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Clodoveo Min took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Lastur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigo Larpe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Clodoveo Min when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fernando Marz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Aquilino Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Bastian scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aquilino Marques, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Christian Bastian took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aquilino Marques. Aquilino Marques dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 31 minutes into the match, Alita de Mosca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Marz came free, but Aquilino Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Bastian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Aquilino Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Christian Bastian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Zeledon Lastur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Marz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Zeledon Lastur made the kick off in the second half. Fernando Marz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Marques having to interfere. Cecilio Peter hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, Zeledon Lastur notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Puntilla AFC's Clodoveo Min. Clodoveo Min was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Puntilla AFC's goalkeeper Clodoveo Min, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alita de Mosca FC's Aquilino Marques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Alita de Mosca FC from getting a goal against them. Fernando Marz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Marques having to interfere. After 79 minutes, Oscar Pereyra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Puntilla AFC and the Alita de Mosca FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Puntilla AFC's Oscar Pereyra got a free kick in the 79th minute. Fernando Marz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Marques having to interfere. Alita de Mosca FC's Aquilino Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Bastian in the 87th minute of play. Aquilino Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Bastian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Alita de Mosca FC's Aquilino Marques got control of the ball when Fernando Marz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Clodoveo Min came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Alita de Mosca FC's Zeledon Lastur. But to his dismay, Zeledon Lastur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.
