Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tunuyán's Baldomero Medardo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Baldomero Medardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Beat having to interfere. Marciano Kimetz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Marciano Kimetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guido Gotzon might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Americo Garcia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guido Gotzon ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 20 minutes, Ciriaco Benino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tunuyán's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciriaco Benino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 24th match minute, Saguión was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inocencio Cristofor to maneuver through the defense. Baldomero Medardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ulises Oro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Americo Garcia made a huge save. Americo Garcia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulises Oro in the 35th minute. Americo Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Gotzon in the 41st minute of play. If Guido Gotzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marciano Kimetz in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benigno Beat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guido Gotzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Garcia having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guido Gotzon to strike the kick off in the second half. Baldomero Medardo struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Benigno Beat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tunuyán. The supporters of Saguión booed when Tunuyán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celedonio Celino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Ulises Oro notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tunuyán's Americo Garcia. Americo Garcia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Ulises Oro sped through Tunuyán's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Americo Garcia. The audience was convinced that Ulises Oro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Americo Garcia was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Baldomero Medardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Benigno Beat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Tunuyán's zone, Guido Gotzon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Americo Garcia came out of the goal and Guido Gotzon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Saguión getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Ulises Oro hit a great ball. 77 minutes into the game, Marciano Kimetz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Benigno Beat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Ulises Oro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guido Gotzon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Americo Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Saguión fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tunuyán had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
