Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aureliano Reyes started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Totoras getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Amado Mark hit a great ball. In the 7th minute of the match Bernabe Manilan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Henrico showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 9th minute Anibal Ur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Henrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Panacán AFC's Clodoveo Remigio got a free kick in the 10th minute. Anibal Ur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute, Anibal Ur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juan Henrico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Reyes in the 21st minute of play. Juan Henrico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Ur in the 22nd minute of the match. Juan Henrico stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aureliano Reyes's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Anibal Ur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panacán AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Totoras the free kick. Baldomiro Huly's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zeledon Cibran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Ramiro Martino charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramiro Martino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Aureliano Reyes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Henrico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Ur in the 45th minute of the match. If Anibal Ur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Urbano Tancredo was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute of the match Luisito Tipi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Henrico showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Panacán AFC booed when Totoras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Huly didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Henrico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Martino in the 68th minute of play. Totoras's Juan Henrico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Reyes in the 69th minute of play. Juan Henrico was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Aureliano Reyes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aureliano Reyes really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Aureliano Reyes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Juan Henrico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Panacán AFC booed when Totoras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Gilabert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anibal Ur took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juan Henrico. Juan Henrico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 84 minutes into the match, Urbano Tancredo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zeledon Cibran. Panacán AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Urbano Tancredo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 87th minute, Evelio Stanislao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anibal Ur's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Juan Henrico firmly grabbed it by the left post. Anibal Ur struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Juan Henrico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panacán AFC. In the 96th minute Aureliano Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Henrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Totoras supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Panacán AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Panacán AFC.
