Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fulgencio Cayo kicked off to start the match. Mariano Regis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Cortadera FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Lucio Quin hit a great ball. In the 16th minute Fulgencio Cayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Herensuge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fulgencio Cayo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bonifacio Roland's late challenge caught a Cortadera FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bonifacio Roland helped the player get up and apologised. Ermegildo Herensuge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benicio Calvet in the 27th minute of the match. Fulgencio Cayo hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Eugenio Enmanuel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rigoberto Arias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Mariano Regis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Monserrat AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cortadera FC the free kick. After 39 played minutes Monserrat AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Regis. Fulgencio Cayo struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Ermegildo Herensuge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cortadera FC. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Mariano Regis made the kick off in the second half. Ermegildo Herensuge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Calvet in the 54th minute of play. Benicio Calvet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermegildo Herensuge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Rigoberto Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Regis in the 65th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Maximino Elia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 played minutes Monserrat AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amador Chinto. The supporters of Monserrat AFC booed when Cortadera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Calvet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benicio Calvet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Amador Chinto fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Monserrat AFC's protests and gave Amador Chinto a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Monserrat AFC's Amador Chinto got a free kick in the 92nd minute. If Benicio Calvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 94 minutes into the game, Baldomiro James was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cortadera FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monserrat AFC the free kick. A collision led to Cortadera FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Baldomiro James hit a great ball. Eugenio Enmanuel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Rigoberto Arias when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
