Severino Damario made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Luciano Enekoitz sent off a good shot on target. In the 22nd match minute, Los Buitres F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Guilabertus to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonel Hever in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saul Karmel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the match, Los Buitres F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Enekoitz came free, but Severino Damario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saul Karmel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Hever, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Luciano Enekoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Faustino Guilabertus fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Buitres F.C's protests and gave Faustino Guilabertus a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Los Buitres F.C's Faustino Guilabertus got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Chapanay AFC's Gualterio Endira broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Luciano Enekoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Damario having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luciano Enekoitz to make the kick off. Lázaro Terciero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Lázaro Terciero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chapanay AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Saul Karmel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Hever, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Chapanay AFC's Angelo Jeraldo got a free kick in the 81st minute. 84 minutes into the match, Chapanay AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Hever came free, but Saul Karmel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
