In the 4th minute, Norberto Abadie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Simon Barea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Alejandro Clis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Celso Menendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Los Wuitres FC -OFF-'s Erasmo Jax sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celso Menendo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Cayanta AFC's Joel Argi got a free kick in the 12th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erasmo Jax got free with Celso Menendo in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alejandro Clis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Menendo having to interfere. The supporters of Los Wuitres FC -OFF- booed when Cayanta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Argi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute, Santiago Iliana made a precise shot to the right of Simon Barea. Los Wuitres FC -OFF-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 25th minute, Laureano Tuste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alejandro Clis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Norberto Abadie came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Cayanta AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Abadie couldn't finish the play. If Norberto Abadie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Santiago Iliana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simon Barea was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Simon Barea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Iliana, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Hugo Chus hit a great ball. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Wuitres FC -OFF-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bruno Rito was slow to take the kick. During this time Cayanta AFC's players had a chance to rest. Santiago Iliana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Simon Barea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cayanta AFC's goalkeeper Celso Menendo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Jax in the 70th minute of play forced Cayanta AFC's goalkeeper Celso Menendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Los Wuitres FC -OFF-'s goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Iliana came free, but Simon Barea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Iliana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Barea having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Los Wuitres FC -OFF-'s goalkeeper Simon Barea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Norberto Abadie. If Erasmo Jax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alejandro Clis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 87th match minute, Los Wuitres FC -OFF- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Chus to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Rito, 88 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Ler during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aaron Cibran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 100th minute. Simon Barea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cayanta AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
