Siro Ubendu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Astor Txilar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Osvaldo Polo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zacarias Gudesteo's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. When Robustiano Alonso came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Rosario AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robustiano Alonso couldn't finish the play. Zacarias Gudesteo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Polo having to interfere. Rosario AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
