Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Higinio Atarrabi made the kick off which started today's match. Ariel Eladio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 5 minutes into the game, Alfonso Jakes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curapaligüé FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Espirillos the free kick. The supporters of Espirillos booed when Curapaligüé FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Jakes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Curapaligüé FC's Teo Eder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Atarrabi in the 7th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Cesar Peter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Espirillos's Genaro Hodei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariel Eladio in the 13th minute of play. With 19 minutes on the clock, Melchor Vela commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 19 minutes into the game, one of Espirillos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 31st play minute Raul Havier came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Teo Eder. 1-1. After 37 minutes, Teo Sidoro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Espirillos and the Curapaligüé FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cesar Peter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Hodei having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Cesar Peter put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Genaro Hodei. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Havier in the 60th minute of play forced Curapaligüé FC's goalkeeper Teo Eder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severo Petri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Eder having to interfere. Genaro Hodei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ariel Eladio, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Astor Bento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the game, Severo Petri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Espirillos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curapaligüé FC the free kick. When Ariel Eladio came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Curapaligüé FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ariel Eladio couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ariel Eladio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Genaro Hodei. That made the score 1-3 in the 90 minute of play. When Inocencio Onbera came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Espirillos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inocencio Onbera couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Curapaligüé FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Espirillos.
