An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristobal Chabier in the 42nd minute of play forced Aguadita's goalkeeper Raimundo Oidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Aguadita players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Higuera AFC were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anier Figueroa to make the kick off. When the final whistle sounded Higuera AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Aguadita.
