The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 0-1 became the score in the 3rd minute when Eugenio Dominix elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Eugenio Dominix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Marko having to interfere. Ramon Bras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Leonel Marko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugenio Dominix in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Marko saved La Trifulca from getting behind. Leonel Marko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Bras, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. If Rafael Leoncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomás Honrio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Alejandro Aurre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonel Marko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Bras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Leonel Marko was a little too slow when Ramon Bras got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-2. Leonel Marko didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 65th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Wilfredo Cordairo kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. La Trifulca's Leonel Marko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Bras in the 75th minute of play. Leonel Marko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Bras in the 76th minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Racing's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Leoncio came free, but Alejandro Aurre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Porfirio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alejandro Aurre. Racing's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 87 minutes of play, La Trifulca's Raul Norino made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alejandro Aurre was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eugenio Dominix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eriberto Ekaitz hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Racing players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
