Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jairo Dalmai made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Clemente Vedillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Serrano's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Vedillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haroldo Asur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Chañar booed when Serrano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Federigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Rafael Estebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cipriano Gaitano came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Chañar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano Gaitano couldn't finish the play. 14 minutes into the match, Serrano's Clemente Vedillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Haroldo Asur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano Gaitano during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The long shot by Teo Macias in the 17th minute really tested Haroldo Asur's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of Serrano booed when Chañar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Gaitano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chañar's Haroldo Asur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Dalmai in the 18th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Serrano got a freekick which was hit by Teo Macias. Clemente Vedillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jairo Dalmai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Asur having to interfere. In the 28th minute Jairo Dalmai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Asur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Clemente Vedillo came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Serrano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Vedillo couldn't finish the play. Clemente Vedillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Haroldo Asur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Cipriano Gaitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute Serrano were awarded a corner. Teo Macias went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Serrano's Teo Macias to fire away a dangerous shot which Haroldo Asur despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Estebe to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Serrano's Aurelio Federigo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. When Jairo Dalmai came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Serrano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Dalmai couldn't finish the play. Jairo Dalmai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Haroldo Asur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Serrano's zone, Rafael Estebe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atilano Navarro came out of the goal and Rafael Estebe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jairo Dalmai in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haroldo Asur saved Chañar from getting behind. In the 66th minute, Serrano's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rafael Estebe fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Chañar's zone, Clemente Vedillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haroldo Asur came out of the goal and Clemente Vedillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 75 minutes of play, Serrano's Aurelio Federigo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haroldo Asur was left in no man's land by his defense there! Clemente Vedillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd match minute, Chañar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Donio to maneuver through the defense. Haroldo Asur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Vedillo in the 83rd minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, Chañar's Anibal Donio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atilano Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jairo Dalmai in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haroldo Asur saved Chañar from getting behind. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
