Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Remigio Geleberto started the match with the kick off. Manuel Bartolome kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Severo Iago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Aldo Claus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aldo Claus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Esquipula, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Severiano Ipar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Claus having to interfere. If Remigio Geleberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Cañada AFC's goalkeeper Silvio Galo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Americo Elazar. When Severiano Ipar fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cañada AFC's protests and gave Severiano Ipar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th match minute, Cañada AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Ipar to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Cañada AFC's zone, Americo Elazar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvio Galo came out of the goal and Americo Elazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Remigio Geleberto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvio Galo was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Americo Elazar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvio Galo having to make a save. Americo Elazar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Silvio Galo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Saverio Esquipula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cañada AFC's Silvio Galo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Cañada AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd match minute, Cañada AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Distiratsu to maneuver through the defense. Sergio Frichoso struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Aldo Claus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cañada AFC. Severo Iago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saverio Esquipula made a kick off. If Remigio Geleberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvio Galo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Geleberto in the 67th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Remigio Geleberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hocker FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Remigio Geleberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvio Galo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Remigio Geleberto might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvio Galo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Remigio Geleberto ran back to his position shaking his head. 75 minutes into the match, Saverio Esquipula dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aldo Claus, 0-1. Aldo Claus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severo Iago in the 80th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Cañada AFC's Saverio Esquipula slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aldo Claus. That made the score 0-2 after 89 minutes of play. The Cañada AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cañada AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
