Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The crowd rose to their feet as Los hijos de la Viuda's Juan Pelayo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paulino Cordeal. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Diego Florian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Leobardo having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Jairo Munio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los hijos de la Viuda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Narváez the free kick. Jairo Munio hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd match minute, Narváez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. Juan Pelayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Cordeal having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Pelayo in the 34th minute of play forced Narváez's goalkeeper Paulino Cordeal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute Juan Pelayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Cordeal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maximiliano Dunixi to make the kick off. If Maximiliano Dunixi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd match minute, Narváez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Belmiro to maneuver through the defense. Generoso Chico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Cordeal having to interfere. Generoso Chico might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulino Cordeal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Generoso Chico ran back to his position shaking his head. Paulino Cordeal came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Los hijos de la Viuda's Juan Pelayo. But to his dismay, Juan Pelayo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Generoso Chico in the 72nd minute of play forced Narváez's goalkeeper Paulino Cordeal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Pelayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Paulino Cordeal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulino Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Chico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Juan Pelayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 86th minute, Los hijos de la Viuda's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Maximiliano Dunixi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Generoso Chico struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Paulino Cordeal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los hijos de la Viuda. Generoso Chico might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulino Cordeal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Generoso Chico ran back to his position shaking his head. Los hijos de la Viuda's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
